Lisa Datcu is an accomplished Office Manager with a strong focus on client service management and administrative functions. With over two decades of experience with the Karmin family, Lisa has honed her skills in efficiently managing office operations while delivering exceptional service to our clients.
In her role as the Client Service Manager, Lisa is the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively. She possesses a keen understanding of client needs and provides personalized attention and tailored solutions which has earned her the trust and loyalty of our clients.
As an administrator, Lisa handles a wide range of tasks including opening and transferring accounts, navigating complex processes seamlessly, ensuring accuracy and compliance at every step. Lisa’s attention to detail and organizational prowess ensure that these tasks are completed efficiently, allowing her colleagues to focus on the strategic initiatives.
Lisa’s extensive experience and expertise in managing office operations, serving clients and spearheading administrative tasks helps fulfill our “clients first” mission statement.
Lisa grew up in Chicago and now resides in Northfield with her son.
